Our 12 step process makes sure we use only the best and most qualified shoppers!

During the shopper’s registration

  • We check to make sure they are valid
  • The database track shoppers with experience versus new shoppers so that we can select experienced shoppers first
  • Shoppers are tested for appropriate skills and reliability

During scheduling

  • Shops are scheduled in advance to secure time with the “best” shoppers in an area
  • Shops are limited to only proven, good shoppers
  • Any one shoppers can only complete a limited number of assignments preventing fraud
  • Shops continuously rotated to prevent relatives/friends from skewing results positively or harsh shoppers biasing results negatively
  • Shoppers who miss deadlines are avoided/cancelled

During the proofing process

  • Shoppers are scored based upon their performance
  • Incomplete surveys are returned for additional comments/corrections
  • Shops are simply stopped before they go out and are reshopped with a new shopper if not completed incorrectly or the shop is not credible
  • Any questions from clients are answered the same day, surveys edited or reshopped if not credible
